When I joined, the user experience revolved mainly around post-meal glucose spikes. I help the team change the app from a passive tool to a more guided program - less for curious biohackers and more for the average diabetic.
My job is to design features that provided more insight and guidance for users while also driving growth and retention.
2 years on, we've helped 40,000 people improve their health, grown from 5 to 10M€ in total revenue with an impressive 332% CAGR and raised a further €13M of equity financing. But most importantly, our Trustpilot reviews increased from 3.9☆ to 4.5☆!
